Reimagining Global Financial Services
About the Role
We seek a Senior Regional Marketing Manager to focus on African and South Asian markets. This role, reporting to the Director of Regional and Product Marketing, requires a customer-focused, data-driven approach. You will craft and execute regional marketing strategies that align with business goals, particularly in customer acquisition, while supporting learning and retention efforts in these regions. This London-based hybrid position involves working 2-3 days a week in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop Targeted Marketing Strategies: Create localized marketing plans aimed at attracting key customer groups, including money senders to Africa and South Asia, with a special focus on Pakistan. This involves managing the end-to-end process of developing audience-specific strategies, considering the entire customer journey, and customizing offers to maximize conversion rates.
- Regional Marketing Leadership: Act as the primary marketing lead within cross-functional teams for designated regions. You will ensure that regional marketing goals are integrated into the overall marketing strategies for both quarterly and annual planning.
- Empower the Marketing Team: Provide the broader marketing team with essential tools and resources to support localized content creation and offer development. This includes customer journey mapping, creating competitive battlecards, and producing localization guides.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Serve as the representative of the Regional Marketing team, working closely with the Business Management and Marketing teams based in the London office. You will be responsible for ensuring alignment and collaboration between Regional Marketing and teams outside the US.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive Marketing Experience: A minimum of 10 years in Marketing, with at least 5 years focused on go-to-market planning or strategic marketing roles.
- Localized Campaign Expertise: Proven success in launching localized campaigns targeting audiences in Africa and South Asia.
- Cross-functional Leadership: Strong ability to work in a cross-functional environment, leading diverse teams toward common goals through influence and collaboration.
- Willingness to Travel: Must be able to travel to the United States and other assigned regions as required, with expected travel occurring quarterly.
